מדיניות פרטיות
משרד עורכי הדין אלכס וייג (להלן: "המשרד" או "אנו") מתייחס בכבוד לפרטיותך ומחויב לשמור ולהגן על המידע האישי שהוא מחזיק אודותיך. מדיניות פרטיות זו מתארת את האופן בו אנו אוספים מידע אישי, סוגי המידע הנאסף, אופן השימוש במידע, וכן את זכויותיך בקשר עם המידע האישי.
האמור במסמך זה מנוסח בלשון זכר מטעמי נוחות בלבד, ומיועד לנשים וגברים כאחד.
1. כללי
בעת השימוש באתר של המשרד בכתובת https://alex-weig.co.il ובכל עמודי המשנה שלו (להלן: "האתר"), ו/או במסגרת התקשרותך מול המשרד באמצעי הקשר המופיעים באתר (טלפון, דואר אלקטרוני, וואטסאפ), אתה מסכים לכך שאנו נאסוף, נשמור ונשתמש במידע אישי אודותיך באופן המתואר במדיניות זו, ומסכים לסיכונים המתוארים בסעיף "אבטחת מידע".
2. סוגי המידע הנאסף
במדיניות זו, הביטוי "מידע אישי" משמעו כל מידע הנאסף על ידי המשרד או נמסר לו על ידיך או מי מטעמך, במסגרת השימוש שלך באתר או במסגרת התקשרותך עם המשרד, המזהה אותך ו/או שבאמצעותו ניתן באופן סביר לזהות אותך.
האתר הינו אתר תדמיתי סטטי, אינו כולל טפסי קשר, איזורי הרשמה או טופסי שליחת מידע. לכן היקף איסוף המידע באתר הינו מצומצם, וכולל את הסוגים הבאים בלבד:
א. מידע המתקבל ישירות ממך — רק כאשר אתה יוצר קשר ביוזמתך
- פנייה דרך קישור "קבעו שיחה ראשונה" / קישור הדואר האלקטרוני שבתחתית האתר — פעולה זו פותחת את אפליקציית הדואר במכשיר שלך עם כתובת היעד מולאת מראש; אנו מקבלים את ההודעה אך ורק אם אתה בוחר לשלוח אותה. תוכן ההודעה (שם, פרטי קשר, מהות הפנייה וכל מידע נוסף שתבחר לכלול) ייאסף אך ורק לאחר שליחתך.
- פנייה דרך כפתור הוואטסאפ הצף — פעולה זו פותחת את אפליקציית WhatsApp במכשיר שלך עם מספר היעד מולאת מראש; אנו מקבלים את ההודעה אך ורק אם אתה בוחר לשלוח אותה. תוכן ההודעה ופרטי החשבון ב-WhatsApp שלך (לרבות שם המוצג ומספר הטלפון) ייחשפו בפנינו רק לאחר שליחת ההודעה.
- שיחת טלפון לקו המשרד (קישורי
tel:שבאתר) — אנו מקבלים את מספר הטלפון שלך אך ורק אם הוא משודר על ידי חברת התקשורת שלך וכאשר אתה בוחר להתקשר.
ב. מידע טכני שאינו מזהה אישית — נאסף אוטומטית במהלך הגלישה
- כתובת IP וזיהוי דפדפן (User-Agent) — נאספים ביומני השרת של ספק האירוח שלנו (GitLab Pages, ראה סעיף "שירותי צד-ג'" להלן) לצורך אבטחת מידע ותחזוקה טכנית. נתונים אלו אינם מזהים אותך אישית אצלנו ולא נשמרים על ידינו במאגר נפרד.
- שירות הפונטים Google Fonts שמוטמע באתר חושף את כתובת ה-IP שלך לחברת Google בעת טעינת הפונטים. ראה סעיף "שירותי צד-ג'" להלן.
ג. העדפות שמורות במכשיר שלך (אחסון מקומי / Local Storage)
האתר משתמש באחסון מקומי של הדפדפן (Local Storage) כדי לזכור את העדפותיך בין ביקורים. המידע מאוחסן אך ורק במכשיר שלך ואינו נשלח לשרתי המשרד. שמורים שלושה ערכים בלבד:

תוכל למחוק ערכים אלה בכל עת דרך הגדרות הדפדפן שלך (Clear browsing data / נקה נתוני גלישה).
אינך מחויב על פי חוק למסור מידע אישי כלשהו למשרד, ומסירת מידע נעשית מרצונך החופשי ובהסכמתך. אולם, ללא יצירת קשר כלשהי לא נוכל להציע לך את שירותינו.
היה ותמסור למשרד מידע אישי אודות צדדים שלישיים כלשהם, אתה מתחייב כי יש בידיך ויישארו בידיך בכל עת שמידע אישי זה מצוי בידי המשרד את כל ההסכמות הנדרשות מאותם צדדים שלישיים, ואתה מתחייב להביא את מדיניות פרטיות זו לידיעתם.
3. מאגר המידע; בעל השליטה במאגר
המידע האישי שייאסף אודותיך יישמר בידי המשרד. בעל השליטה במידע (Data Controller) הינו:

השימוש באתר ו/או בשירותי המשרד מעיד על הסכמתך למדיניות פרטיות זו וכי מידע אודותיך יישמר ויטופל בהתאם להוראות מדיניות זו או על פי הוראות כל דין.
4. מטרות השימוש במידע
אנו רשאים לעשות שימוש במידע האישי אודותיך למטרות הבאות בלבד:
- לאפשר לך להשתמש באתר ובתכניו;
- לטפל בפנייה שיזמת מולנו (באמצעות דואר אלקטרוני, וואטסאפ או טלפון) ולהשיב לך;
- לבחון אפשרות לפתיחת תיק לקוח, להעריך את העניין המשפטי שהצגת, ולהציע את שירותינו;
- למלא אחר דרישות כל חוק, תקנה או דבר חקיקה אחר, וכן לסייע לרשויות מוסמכות כשאנו סבורים בתום לב כי עלינו לעשות כן;
- לאבטחת המידע, לרבות איתור ומניעת ניסיונות גישה בלתי מורשית.
אנו לא נשתמש במידע האישי שלך למשלוח דיוור פרסומי או שיווקי בלא הסכמתך המפורשת בכתב.
5. מסירת מידע לצד שלישי
אנו לא נעביר לצדדים שלישיים את המידע האישי אודותיך בלא הסכמתך, אלא במקרים המפורטים להלן:
- אם נידרש לעשות כן על פי צו שיפוטי, דרישה של רשות מוסמכת או לפי דין;
- במסגרת הליכים משפטיים בכל מקרה של מחלוקת בינינו לבינך, או בכל מחלוקת, טענה, תביעה או דרישה בינך לבין המשרד;
- אם המשרד יארגן את פעילותיו במסגרת גוף אחר, לרבות מיזוג עם גוף אחר — בלבד שהגוף האחר יקבל על עצמו כלפיך את הוראות מדיניות פרטיות זו;
- אם תועלה טענה או יתעורר חשד אצל המשרד כי ביצעת מעשה ו/או מחדל הפוגעים בו, במי מטעמו או בצדדים שלישיים כלשהם;
- על פי בקשתך המפורשת.
6. שירותי צד-ג' שבהם נעשה שימוש
האתר מסתמך על מספר מצומצם של שירותי צד-ג' לצורך הצגתו ותפעולו השוטף:
- GitLab Pages (GitLab Inc., ארה"ב): שירות אירוח האתר. GitLab עשויה לאסוף כתובת IP וזיהוי דפדפן ביומני השרת לצורך אבטחת מידע ומניעת התקפות. מדיניות הפרטיות של GitLab זמינה ב-about.gitlab.com/privacy.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC, ארה"ב): טעינת גופן Heebo ו-Cormorant Garamond להצגת טקסט. Google עשויה לאסוף את כתובת ה-IP שלך ופרטי דפדפן בעת טעינת הגופנים. מדיניות הפרטיות של Google זמינה ב-policies.google.com/privacy.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Inc.): פעיל אך ורק אם תבחר ללחוץ על כפתור הוואטסאפ הצף — הקליק פותח את אפליקציית WhatsApp עם מספר היעד שלנו מולא מראש. אם לא לחצת — לא מתבצעת כל אינטראקציה עם Meta.
אנו לא משתמשים ב-Google Analytics, ב-Facebook Pixel או בכל מערכת מעקב התנהגותי אחרת.
אנו לא מציבים עוגיות (Cookies) משלנו. השימוש שלנו באחסון מקומי (Local Storage) מוגבל לשלושה ערכי העדפה המתוארים בסעיף 2ג' לעיל, אשר נשארים במכשיר שלך ואינם נשלחים אלינו.
7. אבטחת מידע
האתר עצמו הינו אתר סטטי המסופק על גבי תשתית מאובטחת של GitLab Pages, כולל אכיפת HTTPS באמצעות תעודת SSL/TLS מצד Let's Encrypt. מאגר הקוד של האתר מוחזק בשרתי GitLab כפרטי ואינו נגיש לצדדים שלישיים.
בעוד שאמצעים אלה מצמצמים את הסיכונים לחדירה בלתי-מורשית, אין הם מעניקים ביטחון מוחלט. לכן, אנו לא מתחייבים שהאתר יהיה חסין באופן מוחלט מפני גישה בלתי-מורשית למידע המאוחסן בו או המועבר באמצעותו.
8. תקופת שמירת מידע
פניות שאתה יוזם אלינו (בדואר אלקטרוני, וואטסאפ או טלפון) נשמרות בתיבת הדואר/האפליקציה של המשרד למשך התקופה הנדרשת לטיפול בפנייתך ולעמידה בחובותינו על פי דין (לרבות חוק ההתיישנות וכללי האתיקה של לשכת עורכי הדין). ככלל, מידע על פניות שלא הבשילו לכדי תיק לקוח יימחק לכל המאוחר תוך 7 שנים ממועד הפנייה האחרונה.
מידע שנאסף במסגרת התקשרות לתיק לקוח פעיל נשמר בהתאם לחובות חוקיות, אתיות ומקצועיות החלות על עורכי דין במדינת ישראל.
9. זכויות בקשר עם המידע האישי
על-פי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981 (להלן: "חוק הגנת הפרטיות"), מוקנות לך הזכויות הבאות בקשר עם המידע האישי אודותיך:
- זכות לעיין במידע — כל אדם זכאי לעיין בעצמו, או על ידי בא-כוחו שהרשהו בכתב או על ידי אפוטרופוס, במידע שעליו המוחזק במאגר מידע.
- זכות לתקן או למחוק את המידע האישי — אדם שעיין במידע שעליו ומצא שאינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן, רשאי לפנות לבעל השליטה במאגר המידע בבקשה לתקן את המידע או למחקו. כמו כן, אם המידע האישי משמש לצורך פנייה אישית אליך ("דיוור ישיר"), אתה זכאי לדרוש בכתב שהמידע לא ישמש עוד למטרה זו.
- זכות לקבל את המידע — תוכל לבקש לקבל עותק של המידע האישי המוחזק אצלנו לגביך.
למימוש זכויותיך, ניתן לפנות בכתב לממונה על הגנת הפרטיות אצלנו (ראה סעיף "יצירת קשר" להלן). נשתדל להשיב לפנייתך תוך 30 ימי עבודה.
במידה ותחוש כי פרטיותך נפגעה, רשאי אתה גם להגיש תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות (משרד המשפטים) דרך אתר הרשות: www.gov.il/he/departments/the_privacy_protection_authority.
10. ממונה על הגנת הפרטיות (DPO)
הממונה על הגנת הפרטיות במשרד הינו עורך הדין אלכס וייג בעצמו. לכל פנייה בנושאי פרטיות, הגנת מידע, או מימוש זכות מהזכויות המנויות בסעיף 9 לעיל, ניתן לפנות אליו ישירות:

11. שינויים במדיניות הפרטיות
אנו רשאים לשנות מעת לעת את תנאי מדיניות פרטיות זו. אם יבוצעו שינויים מהותיים, תפורסם הודעה על-כך בעמוד הבית של האתר 30 ימים לפני כניסת השינויים לתוקף. שינויים שאינם מהותיים — תפורסם הודעה 7 ימים לפני כניסתם לתוקף. אם השינויים נדרשים על פי דין או דרישת רשות מוסמכת, הם ייכנסו לתוקף בהתאם להוראות הדין או הדרישה.
המשך השימוש באתר לאחר השינוי במדיניות מעיד על הסכמתך למדיניות המעודכנת. אם אינך מסכים עם הנוסח המעודכן, עליך לחדול מלעשות שימוש נוסף באתר.
12. דין חל וסמכות שיפוט
על מדיניות פרטיות זו יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל בלבד. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל מחלוקת בקשר אליה מסורה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז חיפה, ישראל.
13. ילדים מתחת לגיל 14
האתר אינו מיועד לקטינים מתחת לגיל 14. אנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מילדים. אם נודע לנו שאספנו בטעות מידע אישי מילד מתחת לגיל 14 בלא הסכמת ההורה או האפוטרופוס, נמחק את המידע בהקדם.
Privacy Policy
Alex Weig Law Office (the "Firm" or "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information it holds about you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect personal information, the types of information collected, how it is used, and your rights with respect to your personal information.
For convenience, this document is written in the masculine form but is intended for women and men alike.
1. General
By using the Firm's website at https://alex-weig.co.il and all of its sub-pages (the "Site"), and/or by contacting the Firm through the contact methods displayed on the Site (telephone, email, WhatsApp), you consent to our collection, retention and use of personal information about you as described in this Policy, and you accept the risks described in the "Information Security" section.
2. Types of Information Collected
In this Policy, the term "personal information" means any information collected by the Firm or provided to it by you or on your behalf, in the course of your use of the Site or your contact with the Firm, that identifies you and/or by which you may reasonably be identified.
The Site is a static portfolio site. It does not include contact forms, registration areas, or any information submission forms. Accordingly, the scope of data collection on the Site is minimal and limited to the following:
A. Information you provide directly — only when you initiate contact
- Contact via the "Schedule a first call" link / email links at the foot of the Site — clicking opens your device's mail application with the recipient address pre-filled; we only receive the message if you choose to send it. Message content (name, contact details, nature of inquiry, and any additional information you choose to include) is collected only after you send it.
- Contact via the floating WhatsApp button — clicking opens the WhatsApp application on your device with our destination number pre-filled; we only receive the message if you choose to send it. Your message content and WhatsApp account details (including display name and phone number) become visible to us only after you send the message.
- Phone call to the Firm's line (the
tel:links on the Site) — we receive your phone number only if it is transmitted by your telephone provider and only when you choose to call.
B. Non-identifying technical information — automatically collected during browsing
- IP address and browser identifier (User-Agent) — collected in our hosting provider's server logs (GitLab Pages, see "Third-Party Services" below) for information security and technical maintenance. This data does not personally identify you with the Firm and is not stored by us in a separate database.
- The Google Fonts service embedded in the Site exposes your IP address to Google when loading fonts. See "Third-Party Services" below.
C. Preferences stored on your device (Local Storage)
The Site uses browser Local Storage to remember your preferences between visits. The data is stored only on your device and is not sent to the Firm's servers. Three values only are stored:

You can delete these values at any time via your browser settings (Clear browsing data).
You are not legally obligated to provide any personal information to the Firm, and providing information is voluntary and with your consent. However, without any contact, we cannot offer you our services.
If you provide the Firm with personal information about third parties, you warrant that you hold, and will continue to hold for as long as such information is in the Firm's possession, all necessary consents from those third parties, and you undertake to bring this Privacy Policy to their attention.

Your use of the Site and/or the Firm's services constitutes your consent to this Privacy Policy and to the storage and processing of information about you in accordance with this Policy or as required by applicable law.
4. Purposes of Use
We may use your personal information only for the following purposes:
- To allow you to use the Site and its content;
- To handle the inquiry you initiated (via email, WhatsApp or phone) and respond to you;
- To consider opening a client file, evaluate the legal matter you raised, and offer our services;
- To comply with any law, regulation or other legislative provision, and to assist competent authorities where we believe in good faith that we must do so;
- For information security, including detection and prevention of unauthorized access attempts.
We will not use your personal information for advertising or marketing communications without your explicit written consent.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We will not transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:
- If we are required to do so pursuant to a court order, demand of a competent authority, or by law;
- In legal proceedings in any dispute between us and you, or in any dispute, claim, lawsuit or demand between you and the Firm;
- If the Firm reorganizes its activities into another entity, including a merger — provided that the other entity assumes towards you the provisions of this Privacy Policy;
- If a claim is raised or suspicion arises with the Firm that you have committed an act or omission harming the Firm, anyone on its behalf, or any third party;
- At your explicit request.
6. Third-Party Services Used
The Site relies on a small number of third-party services for its display and routine operation:
- GitLab Pages (GitLab Inc., USA): Site hosting service. GitLab may collect IP address and browser identifier in server logs for information security and attack prevention. GitLab's Privacy Policy is available at about.gitlab.com/privacy.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA): Loads Heebo and Cormorant Garamond fonts for text rendering. Google may collect your IP address and browser details when fonts are loaded. Google's Privacy Policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Inc.): Active only if you choose to click the floating WhatsApp button — the click opens the WhatsApp application with our destination number pre-filled. If you don't click — no interaction with Meta occurs.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioral tracking system.
We do not set any cookies of our own. Our use of Local Storage is limited to the three preference values described in section 2C above, which remain on your device and are not transmitted to us.
7. Information Security
The Site itself is a static site served over a secured GitLab Pages infrastructure, including HTTPS enforcement via an SSL/TLS certificate from Let's Encrypt. The Site's source code repository is held in GitLab's servers as private and is not accessible to third parties.
While these measures reduce the risks of unauthorized access, they do not provide absolute security. We therefore do not undertake that the Site will be entirely immune to unauthorized access to information stored or transmitted through it.
8. Data Retention Period
Inquiries you initiate (by email, WhatsApp or phone) are retained in the Firm's mailbox/application for the period necessary to handle your inquiry and to comply with our legal obligations (including the Statute of Limitations and the Israel Bar Association ethical rules). Generally, information about inquiries that did not develop into a client file will be deleted no later than 7 years from the date of the last contact.
Information collected during an active client engagement is retained in accordance with the legal, ethical and professional obligations applicable to attorneys in the State of Israel.
9. Rights Regarding Personal Information
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (the "Privacy Law"), you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to access information — Any person is entitled to inspect personally, or through a representative authorized in writing, or through a guardian, information held about them in a database.
- Right to correct or delete personal information — A person who has inspected their information and found it inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated may apply to the data controller to correct or delete the information. Additionally, if personal information is used for direct contact ("direct marketing"), you are entitled to demand in writing that the information no longer be used for this purpose.
- Right to receive the information — You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
To exercise your rights, you may contact our Privacy Officer in writing (see "Contact Us" below). We will endeavor to respond within 30 working days.
If you feel your privacy has been infringed, you may also file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority (Ministry of Justice) through the Authority's website: www.gov.il/en/departments/the_privacy_protection_authority.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may change the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, notice will be posted on the Site's home page 30 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes — notice will be posted 7 days before they take effect. If changes are required by law or by demand of a competent authority, they will take effect according to that law or demand.
Continued use of the Site after the change indicates your consent to the updated Policy. If you do not agree with the updated wording, you must cease using the Site.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to it lies with the competent courts of the Haifa District, Israel.
13. Children Under Age 14
The Site is not directed at minors under age 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 14 without parental or guardian consent, we will delete the information promptly.
